ماهو الفوم
الفوم Foam :
هوعبارة عن تجمع ثابت لفقاعات صغيرة مليئة بالهواء ذات كثافة اقل من كثافة السوائل الملتهبة وتعطى جودة فى التماسك لتغطية الاسطح الافقية, وتمتاز الرغوة بمقاومتها للتفكك عند تعرضها للرياح او الحرارة او اللهب, وذلك نتيجة خلط محلول الرغوة مع الهواء.
مركب الرغوة
هو المادة الرغوية المركزة المنتجة من المصانع وتكون ذات قوام غليظ.
محلول الرغوة
هو ناتج خلط مركب الرغوة مع الماء بنسب مختلفة.
الرغوة المتمددة:
هو ناتج خلط محلول الرغوة ( ماء+مركب الرغوة)مع الهواء.
تركيز محلول الرغوة:
تركيز 1% يتطلب ان تكون نسبة الخلط هى 1% مركب رغوة + 99% مياه.
تركيز3% يتطلب ان تكون نسبة الخلط هى 3% مركب رغوة + 97% مياه.
تركيز 6% يتطلب ان تكون نسبة الخلط هى 6% مركب رغوة + 94% مياه.
آلية الاطفاء بالفوم:
عند تدفق محلول الفوم فوق سطح المادة المشتعلة يقوم بتغطية السطح لمنع وصول الاكسجين وبالتالي كسر احد اضلع مثلث الحريق.
وكذلك كون المحلول يحتوي علي الماء فانه يقوم بالتبريد علي المادة المشتعلة وبالتالي كسر ضلع الحرارة فى مثلث الحريق.
يستخدم نظام الاطفاء بالفوم لاطفاء حرائق:
- السوائل القابلة للاشتعال ذات كثافة اقل من كثافة الماء.
- اطفاء حرائق المواد الصلبة ذات الخطورة العادية (المتوسطة) الخطورة العالية.
مكونات نظام الاطفاء بالفوم:
المكونات:
- مخزون مياه خاص للاطفاء.
- مضخات اطفاء.
- خزان الفوم.
- ادوات الفريغ (sprinklers,nozzels,champer,monitors)
- التمديدات.
- القطع الميكانيكية والوصلات والصمامات.
